He's Back!

Well, little Keegan is back from Northern New York and we think he had a great time. He enjoyed getting passed from relative to relative and got to see some great sights as well. He was really great at riding on the plane and being held by both great grandparents. Uncle Tom and grandma Susan had fun entertaining him as well. We think he grew a lot on this trip.

First Big Trip!!! New York here he comes!

Tomorrow Timmy is going on his first trip to the East coast. He is going to be visiting his great grandparents in Rochester, NY. He is going to be flying for his first time as well. Timmy, his Uncle Tom, grandma Susan, and mom, Liz will all be traveling together! We hope to have fun. Hopefully, Timmy likes to fly!

Timmy meets Herbie Husker!!!

On October 3rd, Timmy and some of his family went to Misty's to see the band play and pump everyone up for the game on Saturday. To his surprise, Herbie Husker took him in his arms and held him for a bit. Even better is the picture for proof! Wow! We're starting 'lil Timmy off at a very early age to become a Husker fan! GO BIG RED!!! (If you look closely, he's even throwing up the bones!)

T.K. loves his binky!!!

Oh my gosh! This kid loves to suck on his binky. He got it in the hospital right away and has been attached to it ever since. Just today, I had to get rid of his favorite one, the orange one he first got b/c it was getting yucky. Now he has the plain ones to get used to. So far, no problems switching! I know they say that it interferes with breast feeding or that teeth will come in all wrong, but I think that if it helps him to be happy and keeps the crying down a bit then, I'm all for them. Who knows, he keeps sucking his fist also so he might find his thumb even.

Say Goodbye...

Dad had to leave when Keegan was just a little over one week old. It was a very sad time, but we know he will be with us here soon enough. Hopefully, only 6 more months or so. Maybe March? Boy was it tough to say goodbye, I'm more down about Tommy not being able to see our son grow up these first few months. I do know I have it better than others though. It's worse when the child can remember. This way, he won't remember. Be safe in Iraq! Praying for you love!

Baptism

Well, we are Catholic and so we decided to get little Timothy Keegan baptized before his daddy went back to Iraq. Family from both sides came up and boy was it hectic, but it all ran smoothly. Timmy was such a good boy. He didn't cry one bit when the water was poured over his forehead!
